1GKU began with a simple question: “Why is it so hard to bring studio-quality Pilates into a real home?” Between busy schedules, limited space, and expensive equipment, many people who loved Pilates felt forced to choose between their life and their practice.

We didn’t think they should have to choose.

1GKU was born from countless conversations with instructors, studio owners, and home practitioners around the world. We listened to stories of recovery after injury, of women rebuilding strength and confidence, of people starting over in small apartments or shared spaces. The message was clear: they needed equipment that was truly professional – but also truly livable.

From Idea to Movement

Our journey started in the details. We obsessed over frame stability, spring balance, glide smoothness, and how each reformer would feel under real daily use.
