All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping From U.S. Warehouses
We ship all U.S. domestic orders from our U.S. warehouse network. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- United States: 7–15 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the distance from our warehouse, carrier capacity, and seasonal demand.
3. International Shipping
For customers outside the United States, orders are shipped from our international warehouses via sea freight or international logistics partners.
- International Delivery Time: 30–45 days
Customs clearance, local delivery schedules, and regional logistics may affect delivery speed.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
