Return & Refund Policy — 1GKU
At 1GKU, we want you to love your Pilates equipment. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused or in like-new condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and parts must be included.
- A return authorization must be obtained from our support team before shipping back the item.
2. Return Process
- Contact us at support@1gku.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- After the warehouse receives and inspects the product, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.
3. Return Shipping Cost
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., changed mind, ordered the wrong model, personal preference), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or incorrect shipment, 1GKU will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement.
4. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional processing time.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange for a different model or color, please contact us. Exchanges follow the same inspection and return conditions stated above.
6. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that show signs of heavy use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging or missing parts
- Customized or special-order items (unless defective)
7. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.
- Provide photos/videos of the issue.
- We will arrange replacement parts, a replacement unit, or a full return depending on the situation.
